Refund & Cancellation Policy

There's no long-term contract. You can cancel whenever you like by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@llcalerts.com.

Cancelling stops your next renewal. You won't be charged again, and you keep receiving reports until the end of the month you've already paid for.

We don't offer refunds for partial months.

If a report fails to arrive or is clearly wrong, email hello@llcalerts.com within 7 days and we'll either resend it or refund that month.
