LLC Alerts is operated by Alien Tech Stack, 12370 Potranco Rd, Ste 207 #571, San Antonio, TX 78253. By subscribing to or using LLC Alerts, you agree to these terms.

LLC Alerts sends weekly email reports of newly registered businesses, compiled from public government records, for the areas you choose.

LLC Alerts is a monthly subscription. You are billed by card through Stripe, and your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@llcalerts.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Our reports come from public records. They are provided "as is," and we don't guarantee that they are complete, accurate or up to date.

You are responsible for following all laws that apply when you contact businesses on the list, including telemarketing, calling and email marketing laws.

You may not resell, share or redistribute the data in our reports.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the last month.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll let you know by email.
